All sites are 50' X 50', grassed, and include angled parking pad for ease of parking as well as privacy, picnic table, and in-ground fire pit.
Rate is for 5 campers per site. (Over 5 = $3. each/night)
Site pad will hold 1 RV & 1 auto (extra parking in lot by bathhouse for longer RV owner’s auto).
Holidays = minimum stay 2 nights
Check in = 2pm Check out = 12pm
Cancellation fee = $15 (+ 1 night’s rate unless canceled more than 14 days prior to arrival date.) Holiday weekend no refunds if not cancelled 14 days before arrival date.
Discount Club Rates apply to regular rates and are for a maximum of 2 nights and no weekends except military discount. They do not apply to weekly/monthly/seasonal rates as these are already discounted from the nightly rental rates.

Spruce Creek Campground Pavilion is available for event rental!
$75 rental fee + $50 refundable security deposit includes:
• 8 picnic tables (seats 64 max.)
• lights, 120-volt electric outlets
• 2-bay cold water sink
• 18 cubic foot refrigerator
• bathhouse use
• area for grill (grill not provided)
• large fire pit
• use of dumpster for event trash
• shared campground areas (playground area, basketball, volleyball, bocce ball, & horseshoes; open play areas; creek areas)
• parking for 30 vehicles. (Car pooling encouraged.)
Pavilion and bathhouse must be left clean and without damage to receive refund of deposit.
