Remember when life seemed so much simpler? The only things we really needed were the outdoors and our imaginations! Bring your family, get back to nature, and recapture those simpler times at Spruce Creek Campground. Weather permitting, we're open April through October for camping, reunions, rallies, scouts, vacations, seasonal, weekly, weekends, fishing, off-site business meetings & training, & so much more! Nearby find Herkimer Diamond mining, Revolutionary War and War of 1812 historical sites, Erie Canal, and hiking/biking trails.
We are a family owned & operated RV Park & Campground on nearly 35 acres in the foothills of the Adirondacks, Central NY region.
Although we are still growing and currently have 78 sites, we offer a full-service RV and tent camping experience for all types of campers! Each campsite is twice as large as NYS requires and has a grassy area, stone pad, fire pit, and picnic table. While 68 sites can handle RVs, 46 sites are better suited for tenting Choose your level of camping comforts from basic campsites with shared water at $16, to 50-amp full hook-up pull-thru at $48, with the most up-to-date equipment available with choices of creek side, open area, or woodsy campsites.
There's something for everyone!
We have large open areas for pick-up ball games as well as designated play areas for basketball, volleyball, bocce ball, and horseshoes. Our playground has a large play castle and pirate ship, swings, two slides, sliding pole, and rock-climbing area, as well as a sandbox and see-saw. While the kids are playing, take a rest on the picnic table and enjoy your coffee, or at our artist-carved wooden Beaver Bench just outside the playground. which is a perfect place for a family photo! Pets are also welcome but must be kept on a leash or confined to your site and have proof of up-to-date rabies vaccine. (see 'Rules & Policies' page for more information)
